Solo. I write the code, design the system, and ship it myself. Smaller surface area, faster iteration.

Shipping things that work. Clean systems over quick hacks. Building over talking. Independence by design.

The Short Version

How I got here.

I started in performance marketing — Meta Ads for e-commerce brands. That work became Optivio Media, and it taught me how to think in systems: test, measure, iterate. But the ceiling on running other people's ad accounts is someone else's business.

So I started building my own: a mobile-first chess tactics app with a hand-built board engine and 60,000 offline puzzles (TChess), an automated video pipeline that generates its own growth content (ChessReel), an AI sales assistant (Optivio Chatbot), AI voice receptionists for US service businesses (Optivio Automation), a certification exam prep app (CertForge), and the automation systems running underneath all of it.

Everything on this site, I built myself — the code, the infrastructure, the systems. No team to hide behind. If it's live, I shipped it. If it's in testing, I'm the one testing it.

Principles

What I care about.

Building over talking.

I'd rather ship a small thing that works than write a thread about a big thing that doesn't.

Systems over hacks.

Tactics expire. Structure compounds. Every system I build is meant to outlive the feature that produced it.

Independence.

Solo by design. The work and the ownership stay in one place. No layers between me and the problem.
